My basic knowledge guidelines:

Items:

Blade of Heptaseas (Physical Attack)
- Ambush: next Basic Attack will deal extra Physical Damage equal to 100% of Physical Attack if no damage taken or dealt within 5sec.
- Recommended to buy on early game as it decreases enemy's physical defense.
- Dealing damage to enemy heroes with Normal Defence (Mage & MM & Assassin)

Malefic Roar (Physical Attack)
- Armor Buster: Basic Attack will ignore 20% of a Turret's Defense.
- Dealing damage to enemy heroes with High Defence (Fighter & Tank)

Genius Wand (Magic Power)
- Dealing damage to enemy heroes will reduce 3 - 10 points of their Magic Defence (Scales with level). This effect lasts 2sec. Stack up to 3 times.
- Recommended to buy on early game as it decreases enemy's physical defense.
- Dealing damage to enemy heroes with Normal Defence (Mage & MM & Assassin)

Divine Glaive (Magic Power)
- When HP is higher than 70%, the unique bonus effect is increased by 30%
- Dealing damage to enemy heroes with High Defence (Fighter & Tank)

SEA HALBERD (Physical Attack)
- Basic attack will reduce enemies’ HP regen effect up to 50% for 3 seconds.
- Best item for Marksman & Assassin to counter enemy heroes with high lifesteal (Alpha, Alucard, Leomord, Ruby, Uranus, Esmeralda, Harith, Thamuz, Estes, Angela, Rafaela, Faramis).

Necklace of Durance (Magic Power)
- Damage to the target reduces the enemy's HP regen effect by 50% for 3 seconds.
- Best item for mages to counter enemy heroes with high lifesteal (Alpha, Alucard, Leomord, Ruby, Uranus, Esmeralda, Harith, Thamuz, Estes, Angela, Rafaela, Faramis).

Dominance ice
- +10% Crit Chance Reduction & Lowers movement speed 5% and lowers attack speed 30% for nearby enemy heroes.
- Best item to counter enemy heroes with Critical Damage. (item: Berserker's Fury)

Spells:
Purify
- Immediately removes all DEBUFFs. Gains immunity against Control Effects for 1.2s and increases Movement Speed by 30%
- Removes all negative status effects from the hero immediately after release like Stun & Slow counter enemy hero (Guinevere, Selena, Nana, Aurora, Terizla, Chou, Saber, Hylos, Angela, Natalia, Tigreal, Lolita, Moskov)

Oracle
- Lifesteal effective
- Oracle For Spell Vampire not effective

- Best For Fighter (Increase Physical Attack & increase Attack Speed)

Antique Cuirass (demon Advent)
- Best for Support & Tank (Normal attack to become Lower Physical attack & magic power)
